Engineering Filaments
In our 3D filament shop, you'll find engineering filaments such as PCx CF, ASAx CF, PETG GF, PETG CF, ASA, PCTG CF, ABSx ESD, PLAx GF, PLAx CF, and PLAx – all made from recycled industrial polymer. We deliver high-quality 3D printer filament for demanding applications.
These technical filament options are especially suitable for functional prints, prototypes, and load-bearing parts. Every engineering-grade filament delivers clean print results, stable components, and easy processing.
Whether single parts or small batches – with our high-performance filament, you print precise, durable components while using materials that are meaningfully reprocessed instead of going to waste.
You can find the complete technical data sheets for each material here.
Nobufil Engineering-grade Filaments
Our range of technical filament
Every technical filament is designed to meet mechanical, thermal, or chemical demands that standard materials cannot handle. At the same time, our materials conserve resources – thanks to a closed loop from industrial production waste.
-
PCx CF – Polycarbonate blend with carbon – an extreme engineering-grade filament for high loads and temperatures.
-
ASAx CF – Extremely weather-resistant, UV-stable, and stiff – perfect for outdoor applications.
-
PETG GF – Glass-fiber reinforced for best dimensional stability.
-
PETG CF – Carbon-reinforced for high stiffness with good chemical resistance.
-
ASA – Weather-resistant engineering filament without reinforcement.
-
PCTG CF – Tough carbon blend with a smooth surface.
-
ABSx ESD – Dissipative technical filament with surface resistivity of 10⁷–10⁹ Ω. Ideal for ESD-sensitive environments such as electronics manufacturing or cleanrooms.
-
PLAx CF – Lightweight carbon filament with optimized surface quality.
-
PLAx – Significantly improved impact strength, ideal for functional components.
All engineering filaments are certified as technical materials and are available directly in our 3D filament shop as 1.75 mm filament on 1 kg, 850 g (ASAx CF), or 500 g (ABSx ESD) spools.
