Nobufil ABSx filament is made from recycled plastics originating from industrial production waste. Due to targeted modification, this material shows significantly less warping and reduced odor compared to standard ABS filaments. This allows reliable printing even on open-frame printers. With added antistatic additives, the filament provides excellent energy dissipation, safely diverting electrostatic discharge (ESD) and protecting sensitive electronic components—crucial for housings, connectors, and other electronics-related parts.

ABSx ESD Filament from Nobufil is ideal for electronic applications where protection against electrostatic discharge is essential. This includes precisely manufactured housings and covers for sensors, integrated circuits, measuring instruments, LED modules, and connectors. It is also used for tools and fixtures in the assembly or production of electronic components, where dependable ESD protection is required. Thanks to its mechanical and thermal resistance, it is also well suited for machine-building parts, equipment, and structural components in production environments where electrostatic charge must be avoided.

  • Heat resistance up to approx. 70°C
  • Easy to print even on open-frame printers
  • Low odor
  • High detail accuracy, even with complex geometries
