Refund and Return Policy
Nobufil offers its customers a 14-day cancellation, giving you the right to return your order within 14 days from paying for your item.
Consumers within the meaning of the KSchG or with their place of residence within the EU are guaranteed this right in any case according to the FAGG. However, since 3D printing filaments are consumables that suffer disproportionate quality losses without airtight sealing, the necessary handling for checking the goods is limited to the unopened sealing of the goods. Therefore, Nobufil can only accept the return of products with unopened sealing for return without loss of value, which is why the purchase price must still be paid. A deadline of 14 days from shipping applies for shipments outside the EU.
To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer who is a consumer must inform Nobufil GmbH, the address: Dr. Franz Wilhelmstraße 2, 3500 Krems an der Donau, Austria (Email: support@nobufil.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of their decision to cancel a product. The attached form for the cancellation form can be used for this purpose, but it is not mandatory (Cancellation notice).
To initiate a return you need to contact us at support@nobufil.com and after that, send back the received goods within 14 days to the address of Nobufil GmbH at your expense.
Items that are returned to us without you having previously contacted us and requested a return will not be accepted.

For customers who are not consumers, it applies in any case that a return is only possible for unopened goods in the original packaging.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Refund
Without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the KSchG, we will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How can I return ordered items?
Before you return a product, use our support - we are at your disposal! If you have any problems, please contact support@nobufil.com and please make sure you have read our guides on how to print with this particular filament.
To arrange a return label and shipping please contact an support@nobufil.com and let our support know all the details. Consumers in the EU have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt. However, since 3D printer filaments are consumables, we can only accept unused products that are originally sealed.
When can I return my item?
In order to initiate a return as a consumer, please first inform us of your cancellation within 14 days (see cancellation policy) and send the goods within a further 14 days at your expense to Nobufil GmbH, Dr. Franz Wilhelm 2, 3500 Krems an der Donau, Austria.
All customers can request a return through Nobufil Support if the product was damaged or an incorrect item was shipped. They have 14 days time after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that for international returns, the 14 days start from the day the product is shipped. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: originally sealed or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Do I get my paid shipping costs back if I return my product?
In case of a proven faulty shipment due to Nobufil fault, Nobufil will be happy to cover the shipping costs incurred and organize the return shipment free of charge via customer contact support@nobufil.com.
When using the right of cancellation by consumers within the EU, the customer will not be charged for the shipping costs, but he has to cover the costs of the return himself.
Customers who are not consumers have to cover both shipping and return costs themselves.
We use the Austrian post for shipping and returns. Please contact support@nobufil.com to learn the details and start a return process.
If you return a package to us without our prior knowledge or notification, Nobufil is not obliged to accept the package or refund the shipping costs. We ask that you follow the return procedure described above.
