Nobufil LW Filament – Sustainable Lightweight Filaments with Foaming Technology (made in Austria)

Nobufil LW Filaments are high-quality 3D printing materials made from recycled industrial plastic waste collected in Europe – primarily from Austria and neighboring countries.
 

Thanks to innovative foaming technology, the material expands during the printing process, significantly reducing the density of printed parts. The result is extremely lightweight components with efficient material usage – ideal for model building, drones, RC vehicles, and all applications where weight reduction is a priority. The special formulation ensures easy handling and compatibility with most common desktop 3D printers.
 

Nobufil LW PLA Filament is the first product in this category. It is a modified PLA-based material that enables controlled foaming during the printing process through its specially developed formulation. LW PLA offers the perfect balance of low weight, good mechanical strength, and a matte, layer-line-minimized surface – the ideal entry point into sustainable lightweight construction with 3D printing.
